This article is relevant for employees with authorisations based on the System Admin role and the Admin role. To access the settings, you need system admin rights.
Changing the role or the superior in the user overview
To change the role or superior in the user profile, search for the particular employee and click on the arrow on the left-hand side next to the person's name.
Here you can see in which companies the employee has been added.
Select the required company and click on the edit icon in the “Action” column to the left of the trash can icon.
A new window will now open up in which you have the option of changing the role or the superior. Click “Save” to successfully update the profile.
Assignment of system admin rights in the user overview
If you want to assign system administrator rights to an existing user profile, you can do this at any time in the user overview. To grant system administrator rights to a person, click on the edit icon next to the profile and activate the corresponding switch.
