How do I log in to finway for the first time?
First, your finway admin needs to create an account for you in finway. Once this is done successfully, you will receive an invitation to finway via email.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the link in the email.
Step 2: Set a password that meets the criteria and click "Register".
Step 3: You will be logged in and redirected to the start page of your finway account.
In the future, you will be able to log in to your finway account using your email address and the password you chose.
I have not received the invitation link
Step 1: We recommend that you check your spam folder and look for the following sender address: noreply@finway.de.
Step 2: If you still cannot find the email, ask the person responsible for your finway account to contact our support team. If you do not know who is the responsible person for the finway account in your company, please contact your Finance team.
What do I do if the error message "Wrong or invalid login data" appears?
The password you entered does not match the password stored for your finway account. If you can't remember it, click »Forgot your password?« and enter the email address you use for your account. We will then send you a link by email that you can use to reset your password.
I did not receive the password reset email
Step 1: We recommend that you check your spam folder and look for the following sender address: noreply@finway.de
Step 2: If you still cannot locate the email, try resetting your password again and please double check that you have entered your correct finway email address.
Step 3: If this is also unsuccessful, ask the person responsible for your finway account to contact our support team. If you do not know who is the responsible person for the finway account in your company, please contact your finance team.
